Florida Technical College’s Culinary Arts program is the perfect blend of in-class lecture theory and hands-on lab practice. Culinary school is a significant investment of both time and money. At FTC’s culinary program we combine both lectures and hands-on experience that will make a difference in your career in the industry. Having hands-on in a real kitchen setting and learning from individuals who have worked in the restaurant and culinary industry, is a big plus. If you choose our program, you’ll learn all the culinary techniques you need to start your career in the food industry. You will also have a convenient and flexible class schedule so that you can balance work and family obligations.
With the proper culinary training, you will be ready to work in a diversity of settings, for example, cruise ships, theme parks, resorts, and restaurants.
