Below is the story of two best friends at our Pembroke Pines campus that have demonstrated incredible dedication to their education. Executive Director Angel Almond speaks on their journey together here at FTC.
“Kevin and Shawn are best friends and started the Electrical Diploma Program together in August 2021 and graduated in May 2022. Both students came back to add the three month PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) courses to their diploma, and graduated from that program on August 2022.
They were both excellent students, consistently making great grades throughout both programs. Kevin has actually maintained President’s List throughout all of his classes so far and Shawn is not far behind on the Dean’s List in his most recent program.
They are both pictured here with their certificates for outstanding GPA! Both of these students have started the next step in their journey with our Bachelor’s in Construction Management Program this month. We are very excited to see great things to come from these two high achieving students.”
