Q&A With Our Chef Lawrence Liptak
Learn From Experienced Faculty
Lawrence Liptak has been in the culinary industry since 1974 when he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked across the country as a Sous and Executive Chef in notable restaurants and resorts from New York City and Houston to New Orleans and South Florida and many places in between.
Additionally, he has been educating culinary professionals since 2004 and was the Dean of Culinary — The Culinary Institute of Virginia College prior to coming to Florida Technical College. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation and the Disciples of Escoffier.
